Custom spellings
Add custom spellings so Koeva can favor the right written form for names, terms, and similar-sounding words.
When to use spellings
Custom spellings add local guidance to the speech-recognition prompt. They help Koeva choose the written form you expect when a name, product term, or phrase is easy to mishear.
Add a custom spelling
- Open Spellings in Koeva.
- Enter the form Koeva tends to hear in Heard as.
- Enter the preferred written form in Write as.
- Select Add, then test a short dictation.
Local settings
Custom spellings stay in your local app settings and are used for live recordings and imported media transcription. Remove a rule when it is no longer useful.
