Koeva handles refunds clearly for digital product purchases.
Overview
If you buy Koeva as a consumer, you may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases. Where this right applies, you can request a refund without giving a reason.
Legal Refunds
When a withdrawal request is valid, Koeva refunds the amount paid within the legally required timeframe after receiving the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is explicitly agreed.
Digital Service Access
If access to Koeva starts before the end of the withdrawal period with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right, the statutory withdrawal refund no longer applies to that purchase.
If the service has not started, or if no valid waiver was given, the request is handled under the withdrawal rules above.
Errors Or Access Issues
Duplicate charges, payments taken in error, or access failures caused by Koeva are refunded after verification.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Payments already made are refunded only when required by this policy or applicable law.
How To Request A Refund
Send a clear request before the applicable deadline to the support address shown on your receipt or payment account. Include the purchase email, order date, and plan concerned.
