Koeva subscriptions are managed by Lemon Squeezy. Open the customer portal with the email used at checkout to view your billing history and cancel Koeva Pro before the next renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. If the subscription is still inside the paid billing period, access can continue until the subscription reaches its end date.

For a refund request, email support@koeva.app with the purchase email, order date, order number, and license key if available.
